As we move through mid-May, there is a noticeable shift in the air pulling us into a more grounded, reflective space. Today, momentum hits a natural plateau, bringing a realization that our energy is best spent on sustainable growth rather than frantic expansion. The current energy grounds us, helping us understand our progress, trust our path, and allow insight to settle and integrate into wisdom.
This cosmic landscape demands that we step away from emotional drama, choosing conscious, practical discipline over impulsive, frantic reactions. As we slow down, we start to notice the fine details that were lost in the blur of expansion. Our minds naturally settle, shedding the frantic noise of what’s next and allowing us to finally feel our thoughts rather than just reacting to them. This creates a sacred gap where we can process our experiences with newfound presence and patience. As a result, our emotional world expands, we stop intellectualizing our journey and begin to bridge what we think with what we truly feel, creating a unified sense of self that is both centered and resilient.
With your inner world turned all the way up, managing your personal energy becomes vital. Honour how far you have come. It can be tempting to view a plateau as a lack of progress, but in truth, it is a vital phase of your evolution and growth. Lean into this stillness by taking a deep breath and reflecting on the landscape of the last year. Recognize the hard-won wisdom you have gained and the growth you have achieved. By validating your own path now, you transform your recent experiences into a solid foundation for whatever comes next.
Much love, Kate

PERSONAL REFLECTION
Over the past few weeks I have been noticing just how many people are quietly carrying exhaustion beneath the surface. Not simply physical exhaustion, but emotional exhaustion. The kind that comes from constantly holding everything together, navigating uncertainty, adapting to change, and trying to continue moving forward while something deeper within is asking for space, stillness, and care.
So many are functioning, coping, managing, and continuing on externally while internally feeling disconnected from themselves, overwhelmed, emotionally tender, or unsure of what they truly needs.
Often we believe we need to push harder, fix ourselves, or find immediate answers. Yet healing rarely begins through force. More often, healing begins the moment we allow ourselves to pause long enough to truly listen. To listen to the body, to listen to the emotions, to listen to what our nervous system has been trying to communicate, to listen to the quieter truth we may have been avoiding.
Sometimes the most transformative thing we can do is simply create space for ourselves to be seen, supported, and held through what we are carrying.
If you feel you are moving through a period of emotional overwhelm, transition, exhaustion, awakening, or inner change, you are welcome to reach out and book a session.

Thank you for this message, Kate. The exhaustion has been other worldly and I appreciate your words putting it into perspective. I find myself being aware of moments of more unconscious living, nice to be aware of the ‘bewusteloosheid’ 😂
Other wordly exhaustion is exactly it! Sending love xxx
Thank you for this Kate. I totally resonate with your message. The level of emotional exhaustion, disconnect and anxiety i am experiencing at the moment is astounding…
