May is a month filled with energy and continuous movement which will act as a catalyst to expand our collective perspective and profoundly shift our individual awareness. As we cross the threshold into this new month, we are met immediately by the influence of another powerful Full Moon. This Full Moon acts as a deep well, drawing buried emotions to the surface and offering us a vital opportunity to gain the fresh insights and deeper understanding necessary to transform our lives. It is a time to consciously release old patterns, stubborn attachments, and stagnant dynamics that no longer serve us. These incoming energies will challenge us, demanding that we finally begin the work of processing and transmuting the pain of our past. Â
In the light of this Full Moon, what was previously obscured, unclear, or hidden within the unconscious is now seen with much greater clarity. This heightened visibility makes avoidance nearly impossible. Our usual ability to ignore or deny what must faced is stripped away as emotions rise to the forefront, asking for our immediate attention. Throughout this period, we will be called to deeply reflect on our internal resistance to change and our persistent need for control. We are invited to examine any lingering hesitation we feel toward letting go and trusting the natural, evolutionary impulse of our soul. Â
You may find yourself being challenged to confront the deeper, often uncomfortable layers of your emotional patterns and discover the true motivations hidden behind instinctual, automatic reactions. Desires and fears that you are not consciously aware of, yet which unconsciously drive your energy, are now being revealed. This revelation will ask you to take full responsibility for how you react to the world around you and encourages you to stay curious about why you are especially triggered by certain events and situations. Â
