Sessions are held online via Zoom or in person at Kate's practice in Cape Town, South Africa.  Each session lasts 60-90 minutes and guided entirely by what you need in the moment.

Kate works intuitively across the emotional, energetic, physical, mental, and spiritual dimensions of your experience.  She draws on over two decades of practice and a living toolkit.

Do I need to have worked with Kate before? No. New clients are welcome.  Simply complete the short intake form before selecting a time.

What if I need to reschedule? Please give at least 24 hours notice via email. 

Is the session confidential? Yes. All sessions are held in complete confidence.

What if I'm not sure which option is right for me? Start with a single session. Many people find that after the first session they have a much clearer sense of whether ongoing work feels right.

What actually happens in a session? That depends entirely on you and what you bring. Kate begins by understanding your situation and history, then works with you directly from there. Some sessions are deeply conversational. Others involve active energy work, ancestral healing, or somatic practice. Often all of these, in the same session.
