Currently, we are moving through a period that invites us to look beneath the surface of our lives and become more honest about what is and isn’t aligned with who we are today. As such, we may find ourselves questioning certain patterns, recognising where we are compromising ourselves, or becoming aware of how much of our energy is invested in maintaining things we have outgrown.

Often we hold onto the familiar because it gives us a sense of security and stability.  We continue to fulfill expectations, maintain old patterns and try to preserve what we have built, even when something within us knows that it is time for change.  We often delay letting go because we want the certainty of a next step, forgetting that transformation requires a willingness to let go, to surrender the internal attachments that keep us connected to who we once were.  True growth demands that we learn to stand in the space between who we were and who we are becoming, trusting that leaving a season behind is not a loss, but the ultimate alignment with our truest self.

Right now, the invitation is simply to retreat and let the dust settle.  This weekend asks only for your stillness as the collective energy pulls back into the quiet before Monday’s New Moon.  Give yourself permission to step off the track, to stop trying to intellectualize your next step, and allow what is outgrown to gently fall away.  The clarity you are looking for will not be found by searching outward, it is found by resting deeply in the space that is clearing.

Much love, Kate
