Thus far this year has felt heavy, pressurized and intense as the friction of old, outdated systems rub against the fast-rising new consciousness.  This is creating a heavy clash between harsh reality and our deepest dreams which is forcing us to face hard truths.  At the same time we are being pushed to adapt to rapid changes while also carrying the accumulated exhaustion of the last few years.  As a result, many are feeling exhausted and drained of their creative spark.  

This week we are moving out of a heavy cycle of delays and stepping into a time of rapid movement and alignment.  A beautiful, fluid wave of change is building that will bring us out of the shadows guiding us to heal our past and embrace a new way of living and being.  Currently, old memories of rejection, heartbreak and shame are surfacing as the energy shows us exactly what needs to be healed and released for growth to occur.  

As these wounds come to light, we are being blessed with a profound energetic softening.  The rigid walls we have built to protect ourselves are starting to melt allowing a warm, nurturing energy to flood our hearts.  This energy is reminding us that true strength comes from having the courage to remain open and grounded in a space of inner security and safety.  

As the week progresses, sudden breakthroughs will occur in the spaces and the places where you have previously felt stuck, blocked, or limited.  If you have been struggling to find hope or direction the coming days will bring a surprising spark of clarity and a much needed wind in your sails.  Remember that metamorphosis can feel messy. Allow the currents of this week to carry you. You do not have to force the next step you just have to allow the old layers to fall away so your true self can emerge.  Trust the flow, accept the past, and open yourself to the beautiful new life that is calling you forward.
