Take a deep breath, slow down and anchor yourself before the momentum of the week sweeps you up. Use today to tend to your emotional foundation, clear out any mental clutter, and focus on what truly sustains you. Think of today as the sacred quiet before a beautiful storm, a time to nourish your body, calm your nervous system, and clarify your intentions. Give yourself permission to say no to unnecessary demands, to rest without guilt, and to sit quietly with your thoughts.
