The energy of 2026 is significant and will make this year one of the most transformative years we have ever experienced. In many ways it will be the year that bridges the old world and a new era where the influence of ancestral conditioning and societal programming diminishes allowing us to evolve into expanded states of consciousness. The shifts that occur will bring irreversible transformation and a fundamental rewiring of how reality functions.
This final week of January has been a period of intense, internal transformation that has shifted something deep within us. It has been profoundly uncomfortable at times as the incoming energies exacerbated the internal struggle between the person we have been and the person we are becoming. We have entered a point of no return and this week’s discomfort is simply the realization that the only way out is through.
As we move through the final days of January, the energy is building toward the Full Moon on Sunday February 1st. This Full Moon will act as a powerful energetic spotlight illuminating the transformations you have been undergoing since the beginning of the year. It will bring an irreversible realization that the old version of you can no longer survive in the new frequency you are entering. You may experience a surge in mental activity and nervous system tension as your mind tries to process the deep shifts that have already occurred. You may feel restless, sensitive, or like you are on the edge. Be mindful that your internal compass is being recalibrated and as such this is a time of illumination not clarity. The path ahead is still somewhat distorted by the emotional fog of the transformation you are undergoing. Even if things feel dramatic and urgent remember that there is still more to be revealed. As the cosmic dust settles next week, the emotional fog will lift, allowing you to evaluate your options through a lens of grounded, practical reality.
