We are navigating the heart of a highly energetic month with this weekend acting as a key transition point that will push us to look inward and actively process our emotional history. With Mercury, Saturn, and Neptune all currently in retrograde, our outer world is slowing down inviting us to retrieve what we have previously rushed past, buried or overridden.
Old wounds, outdated behaviours, and familiar emotional patterns are resurfacing giving us the opportunity to view them with fresh eyes. Illusions are lifting allowing us to see the absolute truth of our past choices and current circumstances. As these old layers reveal themselves, you will find that you have a newfound, deeply practical capacity to resolve them as you are no longer the person you were when these wounds first formed.
This weekend, trust the stillness, honour the emotional clearing, and know that whatever comes to light will provide the precise insight and clarity you need now. Choose to react with patience. Pause and reflect before responding. Give yourself permission to move slowly, knowing that every conscious choice you make now is shaping your future.
