In this online Constellation Circle, you will be guided to go beyond the story of your family and in particular the story of your relationship with your father.  We will shed light on the hidden and unknown dynamics that may be impacting your well-being and your relationships with yourself, your family, your partner and your life.  You will engage with healing and releasing yourself from whatever it is that lies in your male lineage.  A simple yet incredibly powerful process that will leave you feeling empowered, inspired and energised.

Whether we are conscious of it or not we all carry the unresolved wounds, trauma, pain and energy from our family lineages.  Unconsciously we say yes to these burdens as an act of love believing that this will alleviate the suffering within our family.  These are not our burdens to carry.  These are not our wounds, trauma or pain and belong with those who have come before.   

When we are willing to see into our family roots and see what lies beneath the surface, we can let go of that which does not serve us and step into life with more presence, courage, strength, love and vitality.  When we are ready to surrender the burden of our family’s past, we free ourselves from repeating and re-experiencing the past.

Your parents in particular form the foundation of your life and significantly impact your experience of life.  When you untangle yourself from any tightly bound issues and complexities inherited or taken on from your parents you not only free yourself but also gain a new perspective that leads to greater understanding of yourself and a deeper healthier connection with live.
