What a difference you made! I feel so much lighter — more clear, energized and HAPPY! I am so grateful to you for your work. I feel like a giant reset button for my energies has been activated. It seems like the expansiveness now has room to travel up, and I have the ability to integrate shifts and changes. There’s lots ahead with those integrations, I think. My sessions with Kate Spreckley have been profound. During our sessions Kate has facilitated and supported significant shifts in my being.
