Currently we are navigating through an intense energetic period where an immense evolutionary force is guiding our attention toward what must be transformed within. The energy is highly volatile and deeply revealing, as it is stripping away illusions offering a major reality check. It is showing us exactly where we have outgrown our current life structure, and where our choices no longer match what our soul is needing to create and express.
We are being invited to face what has been sitting beneath the surface as unhealed patterns are being highlighted. You may feel this emotionally as restlessness, erratic emotions and a deep desire to break free from restrictions. Physically this may manifest as exhaustion and sleep disruptions as ancient energies are released from your nervous system.
Remember that it is not your job to carry the collective fear or project your tension onto others. Discern whether the fear, anxiety, stress or panic you are feeling is yours. Let go of the burdens that do not belong to you. You are being asked to own your feelings and be an anchor of calm rather than a contributor to the chaos. The more centered you remain, the more securely you will navigate this energy. Focus on mastering your internal world. Pause, reflect and look honestly at what is surfacing and what energy you are radiating. Is it aligned with what you truly want to create?
