As we deepen into the evolutionary journey of awakening, healing and growth our awareness expands beyond what we have always known. We begin to perceive the previously hidden aspects of ourselves, and the hidden dynamics that keep us in cycles of repeating patterns and conditions. With this awareness our beliefs, woundings, and trauma become more apparent giving us the opportunity to confront and find healing, resolution and relief.
There are no shortcuts to healing. We cannot bypass the experience, we must go through it. We must do the work necessary and needed to face and confront what keeps us from experiencing a life of joy, wonder, creativity, and prosperity. We all have patterns, behaviours and emotional responses, and thoughts formed by how we learned to survive life. They are not who we are, and for many the incoming energies are activating and bringing to light what has been repressed, suppressed and buried.
We start this week with Mercury having stationed retrograde taking us into a deeper space of reflection and review. With Mercury we now have six planets currently retrograde making this the ideal time for us to look inward to gather insight, perspective and understanding. It is a time where we are reminded to slow down, to reset, and reflect on what is coming to an end, what needs to be released, and where we need to perhaps realign ourselves.
As you begin this week be mindful of how the energies are impacting you and what you are internally being called to focus on. There are energetic forces at work that require a calm and balanced approach to every situation. Listen to the call and the need for reflection and patience. Remember that everything must now come from a purposeful, responsible and considered space. Now is not the time to push or struggle but rather to flow with what is unfolding within you and around you. Confront the lingering issues that may be unconsciously impacting you, and be determined to breakthrough whatever is holding you back.
