We feel ready for change, but a part of us continues to pull us back into familiar habits. This gap exists because true transformation isn’t just an intellectual shift, it is an integrated process of aligning your emotions, your mindset, and your physical well-being.

Navigating Transition is a 5-month group program designed to move you beyond "knowing" and into the actual living of your most authentic life. Through five specific stages of personal growth, you will learn to stay grounded and present as you outgrow old identities and patterns.

Using structured frameworks and somatic tools, we provide a supportive environment to address the parts of your life that feel stuck in a loop. You will gain the clarity to move through profound change with resilience, staying integrated and steady throughout the process.

The Five Month Path

Month 1: Seeing the Truth

Focus on accepting what is ready to change in your life and identifying the new potential trying to grow. This month, we address the natural hesitation that comes with letting go of the familiar.

Month 2: Standing Your Ground

Learn how to stay calm and self-regulated, even when life feels heavy. We identify which challenges are yours to solve and which are inherited patterns or external burdens that no longer serve you.

Month 3: The In-Between Space

Focus on navigating the "middle ground"—the time when the old life has ended but the new one hasn't fully taken shape. We work on calming the uncertainty that arises when we don’t know what comes next.

Month 4: Making it Real

Focus on setting healthy boundaries and making your changes sustainable in the real world. This is where you move from surviving to thriving by building a life that truly supports you.

Month 5: Coming Home to Yourself

Focus on feeling whole, steady, and at peace with who you are now.  We bring all your progress together so you can move forward with confidence and clarity.
