Patwant Rhodes

Meet Patwant Rhodes, a seasoned Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher with over 20 years of experience. Since 2001, Patwant has been guiding and inspiring individuals through the transformative power of Kundalini Yoga. Her expertise and dedication shine through her teachings, as she creates a profound and heart-centered space for her students.

Having worked in diverse settings and with a wide range of clients, Patwant’s teaching journey has been incredibly enriching. She has shared her wisdom and guidance at esteemed locations such as One and Only Reethi Rah in the Maldives, Silver Island Yoga in Greece, and Noordhoek Soul Retreats in Cape Town. Patwant’s ability to seamlessly blend depth with a gentle approach allows her students to delve into their practice with grace and ease.

Adapting to the challenges posed by the pandemic, Patwant made a seamless transition to online teaching. Currently, she offers her teachings through Roundglass, where she has also recorded a series of audio meditations. This expansion to the virtual realm has allowed her to reach a wider audience and continue her mission of spreading light and healing energy.

Patwant’s commitment to holistic well-being extends beyond Kundalini Yoga. As a Reiki Master, she has been practicing energy healing since 1999, adding an extra layer of healing and balance to her teachings. In addition to her yoga and energy healing practices, Patwant also expresses her creativity through writing poetry and sharing her musings with her students and the world.
