Energy Medicine Apprenticeship is a year‑long, immersive journey for those who feel genuinely called to work with energy, healing, and the deeper intelligence of the human system. This is not a self‑study course and not a technique‑based course, it is a live, attuned, multidimensional apprenticeship held directly with Kate Spreckley.

Because of the depth of this work and the level of personal mentoring involved, this apprenticeship is offered by application only. Kate works closely with each student, and it is essential that the container is aligned, safe, and supportive for everyone involved.

Energy Medicine, as I teach it, is not about performing techniques or fixing people. It is about:

attuning to the subtle movements within the field
understanding the emotional and energetic patterns beneath the surface
working with the nervous system
holding space with clarity, integrity, and presence
supporting transformation without force, projection, or interference

Understand the emotional, mental, physical, energetic, and spiritual layers, and how they interact.

Trauma‑Aware, Nervous‑System‑Informed Practice

Work in a way that honours capacity, safety, and integration.

Intuitive Development

Strengthen your inner knowing, attunement, and ability to read the field without projecting or assuming.

Holding Space with Integrity

Develop the presence, boundaries, and ethical foundation required to support others safely.

Energetic Clearing & Rebalancing

Learn to support release, realignment, and coherence within the field.

Practitioner Presence & Embodiment

Cultivate the groundedness and inner stability needed to work with others at depth.

This is a structured, layered, experiential journey that includes:

FACILITATOR – Kate Spreckley

Kate, as the founder and director of Spirit Pathways, is passionate about awakening, healing and shifting consciousness. Her passion is reflected in the course which she has developed with the intention of sharing teachings and experiences that have completely transformed her life. All that she offers has brought her healing, wisdom and the insight needed to move through life deeply connected to her soul. Kate’s belief and dedication in these processes has lead her to create this powerful and effective program.

In her 20’s Kate discovered her inborn gifts and abilities and learnt just how powerful energy healing can be. Her training and learning was directed by her inner guidance and was not something she learnt in a workshop or a course. All that she discovered and learnt she has put into this course. She has taken the best of what she has experienced and learnt in over two decades of study and practice and put them into a program that offers healing, transformation and an awakening of your own innate gifts and abilities.
