In this healing workshop we will focus on addressing issues and patterns that are rooted in your energetic or spiritual lineage.
Ancestral healing involves working with the energy and patterns that have been passed down through generations of a family, often resulting in limiting beliefs, patterns, and behaviors that may be holding you back from living your fullest potential. Ancestral healing aims to break these patterns and release any energetic blockages that may be hindering personal growth and healing.
Soul healing, on the other hand, is focused on addressing issues and patterns that are rooted in the individual’s own soul or energetic blueprint. This form of healing aims to reconnect you with your higher self or spiritual essence, helping you to align with your purpose and overcome any obstacles that may be preventing you from living a fulfilling life.
In this online event Kate will guide you through a simple yet powerful healing process to shift you out of any soul and ancestral cycle and loops that keep you bound to the past. It is a process that will energetically transmute and clear as well as release the unresolved emotions, wounds and energy that is currently impacting your life.
This workshop is divided into seperate but interconnected processes. We begin each process with a short discussion followed by a deeply meditative healing experience.
